For eligible products, you have up to 30 calendar days from the time you purchase your item(s) to initiate a return. Personalized shade precut window tint (e.g., customized different shade for different windows) may not be returned for refund under any circumstances unless such product is damaged on Arrival. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us in their original packaging and original condition, Filmvantage will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to the Filmvantage warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product.
Note: Filmvantage recommends that you (1) use United State Postal Service with delivery confirmation for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Filmvantage or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
Damaged during transit
If you received the item damaged, please click here send us an e-mail or call 1-562-219-3248. In most cases, we will have you take a few pictures showing the damaged and we will file a claim with the carrier. Please do not discard any packaging materials or items as they are needed for further investigation. Filmvantage, at its expense will ship you a new replacement.
